Companies Screw You. And You, and You

Companies Screw You. And you, and you.

So, you work for a company, I suppose? Bet you think you’re really clever don’t you? Well you’re not. You probably think ‘your’ company cares for you. Some of you may even have been bought drinks, accommodation or trips by your company. Maybe they even lend you a car. But they don’t care about you.

You are a cog in a machine which makes money, that’s all.

In most cases, all your bosses will be interested in, in reality, is how much money you make for them. This is often hidden well.

It doesn’t make money for you. It makes money for the people who own the company.

They pay you the minimum that they can possibly get away with. They want you to stay and work for them for as long as possible, until you are no longer useful, and wouldn’t really be able to take up a different kind of job.

You are not on this planet for very long. So why devote your life to some people who will pay you as little as humanly possible, and then you die.

Sure there are exceptions. But for most people, this is surely the sad reality. You are going to spend your whole life lining someone else’s pockets.

Do something else instead.
